Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel — email us with the subject line: Cancel My Order To update your address — contact us within 24 hours. Changes cannot be made after dispatch.

What if no one is home during delivery?

Most carriers attempt delivery up to two times. We recommend ensuring someone is available during the expected delivery window to avoid delays or a return.
