During this time your item is quality-checked, thoughtfully packaged for safe transit, and prepared for reliable shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States Shipped via USPS or FedEx — estimated arrival 15–20 business days after dispatch.

International Estimated arrival 15–30 business days depending on your location and local courier services.

Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or global shipping factors outside our control.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes and cancellations can no longer be accommodated.


Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages

Most carriers attempt delivery up to two times.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out before arranging a new shipment. Please note that re-shipping fees may apply.

To avoid delays, double-check your shipping address at checkout and ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll resolve it promptly — no hassle, no extra cost.

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, a complimentary replacement will be arranged as quickly as possible.
